Software Pricing Terms & Conditions

These Software Pricing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the pricing, billing, and payment of services provided by UQuick Technologies India Limited (“UQuick”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) in relation to the software products and services provided.

 

1. Pricing Models

Our software is offered under the following pricing models:

  • Subscription-Based: Recurring monthly or annual payments based on selected plan.

  • One-Time License Fee: A single upfront fee for perpetual use of the software.

  • Usage-Based Pricing: Charges based on actual usage (e.g., number of users, data volume, API calls).

  • Custom Enterprise Pricing: Tailored pricing for enterprise clients based on their specific needs.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • All fees are due in full and in advance of the billing period unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

  • Company Rights: UQuick Technologies India Limited reserves the full and exclusive right to change, modify, or update the pricing of its software or related services at any time, with or without prior notice.

  • Quantity Pricing Adjustments: The Company also retains the right to offer, modify, or revoke quantity-based pricing or discounts at its sole discretion for dealers, distributors, or any other parties.

  • No Third-Party Claims: Dealers, customers, partners, or any third parties shall have no right to dispute pricing decisions, demand refunds, or claim compensation related to pricing changes or quantity-based adjustments.

  • Binding Nature: By purchasing or continuing to use the software, all parties acknowledge and accept these terms as binding and waive any right to challenge the Company’s pricing decisions.
